Nikki has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2012, beginning in public schools before moving into in-home ABA in 2016 under the mentorship of Liz. She has also volunteered at a special needs school in India and worked as both a special needs and neurotypical nanny. Today, Nikki is building Autism Impact (autismimpact.org), an online platform helping families find caregivers for their autistic loved ones. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, sailing, traveling, riding motorbikes, rock climbing, yoga, and spending time with her nephew and family.

I started working in public schools in 2021 as a para and became a RBT in 2024. I have been working in home for the passed year. I truly love what I do-my passion for ABA keeps me motivated to keep learning and making a positive impact on individuals and families I work with! In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family/friends, going to the beach, and going on walks with my dog. 

I have over six years of experience working with children with special needs in a variety of settings, including in-home therapy, clinics, and autism playgroups. I'm passionate about helping children grow and succeed in their everyday lives by using personalized strategies that build on each child’s unique strengths. As a parent of a child on the autism spectrum, I also bring a personal understanding and empathy to the support I provide.

Hi, I'm Brad and I am from West Hartford, CT. I’ve spent the past three years working in elementary schools with special needs children. My favorite hobbies are playing sports, cooking, and going skiing. My favorite Sports are Golf, Lacrosse, and Hockey.

Hello! I’m Bianca and I’m a suburban girl. I love living in the country where it is calm and quiet. I started ABA in 2019 when I was in college. I have always had the desire to help others and to make a difference whether it’s big or small. Some of my favorite hobbies outside of ABA are going on nature walks, self-care and trying new places to eat.

Behavioral Therapist with one year of experience helping individuals grow and succeed. Outside of work, I enjoy expressing my creativity by designing and making my own Star Wars–inspired costumes!

I am a dedicated RBT with experience implementing ABA interventions under the supervision of a BCBA. I enjoy working with children and helping them build important life skills. I have experience implementing behavior plans and supporting clients as they develop communication and social skills. I enjoy creating a fun and engaging experience that helps my clients succeed in a positive learning environment. Outside of work, I enjoy watching TV, spending time with family/friends, traveling, and baking.

Olivia graduated from the University of Maine at Farmington with a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Services and began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019. She quickly discovered her passion for supporting children with autism and their families and went on to earn her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Connecticut State University. Olivia has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Connecticut since 2024. Her experience includes working with children across center-based, in-home, and school-based settings. 

Olivia is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families she supports. She finds great fulfillment in celebrating each child’s progress and witnessing how individualized support can foster growth, build independence, and create lasting positive change over time. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys going to the beach, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with friends, family, and her cat. 

Hi, my name is Emma! I have over five years of experience working in public schools as a paraprofessional and I recently started my journey as a Behavior Technician at Compassionate Behaviors. I enjoy working with children and helping them learn new skills, grow, and reach their goals. Working with children has always been something I enjoy, and I love being able to continue doing that in ABA. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going on walks, and traveling. 

Joanna received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2009 from Southern Connecticut State University, with a concentration in Communication Disorders. She continued her education in 2013 to fulfill her master’s degree in education through Arizona State University.

In 2015 Joanna sat for her Behavior Analysis board exam and soon after received her certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.  

Throughout Joanna’s schooling and post-graduation, she has maintained jobs within the field of ABA. Joanna has worked in multiple settings within private schools, home-based services, and public-school contracts. Joanna has worked with students and children

 from birth-16 years old with varying abilities.  Joanna particularly loves being able to connect and assist her families to make meaningful and functional gains. 

When not working within the field, Joanna enjoys being a mother to her 2 children, spending time outdoors in the sun, reading, and music.

I have a passion for helping children grow, learn, and reach their full potential. My experience as an Educational Support Counselor has strengthened my love for working with children and supporting their individual needs. I am passionate about ABA and believe every child deserves patience, compassion, and the opportunity to succeed. I enjoy building meaningful connections and helping children develop new skills, gain confidence, and thrive in their everyday lives.
