Nikki Cuozzo

Nikki Cuozzo

Behavior Technician


Nikki has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2012, beginning in public schools before moving into in-home ABA in 2016 under the mentorship of Liz. She has also volunteered at a special needs school in India and worked as both a special needs and neurotypical nanny. Today, Nikki is building Autism Impact (autismimpact.org), an online platform helping families find caregivers for their autistic loved ones. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, sailing, traveling, riding motorbikes, rock climbing, yoga, and spending time with her nephew and family.

I am studying for my B.A. in Psychology with my personal focus currently being on the ability to better understand the world in regards to human behavior and aspects of growth and development. My academic journey thus far has included in part studying at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks and in Juneau at the University of Alaska, Southeast. I am also a licensed barber and beyond my academics and work, I stay active through hiking and fitness, enjoy traveling, finding new places to explore, and especially spending time with my friends and family.

Danielle Wethered

BCBA


Danielle is a Board-Certified (BCBA) & Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)  in the state of Connecticut. She graduated from Capella University with a Masters in Psychology and a Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis, Danielle has been working in the field since 2017 when she began work as an RBT for a local school district. Over the course of her career, she has worked with children ages 3-18, as well as adults in their early 20’s, providing behavior analytic services across a variety of settings, including schools, centers, and home-based programs. Danielle enjoys working closely with families and clients to foster independence, teaching vital communication skills, and supporting individuals as they develop the tools they need to thrive in everyday life. In her spare time, Danielle enjoys spending most of her time with her two daughters, traveling, paddle boarding, and her cats.
